Job summary

MARS is seeking a Portfolio Analyst in Chicago, IL. The role partners with the One Demand team to create and deliver the Sales Planning Toolkit, including factsheets, price lists, and product planning information, while coordinating across customer marketing and sales teams.

Regular in-office collaboration is expected with flexibility for occasional remote work. The candidate will support template creation, manage innovation imagery, and handle non-seasonal samples, traveling 10–15% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with leading multi-functional teams in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Familiarity with customer base and retail landscape.
• Knowledge of syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) and its nuances.
• Technical knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI; SAP knowledge would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and delivery of Sales Planning Toolkit materials (factsheets, portfolio planning information).
• Assist Sales Infrastructure team in template creation process.
• Manage innovation imagery in Aprimo and non-seasonal samples with third-party vendor Archway.
• Support ad hoc requests for trade shows and customer meetings.
• Provide analytical and collaborative support to the Portfolio customer marketing team.
