  • Support the routine collection, analysis, and distribution of critical information about the PACT program by coordinating with PACT partners on reports that relate to their performance in the following general areas, among others: maintenance and repairs, building performance, tenancies, vacancies, and social services.
  • Ensure required reports are received from all partners on time and provide support for validating the accuracy of information received by setting expectations about reporting scopes and timeframes with PACT partners, and following up with them as needed to clarify and reiterate those expectations and hold them accountable if expectations are not met.
  • Engage with PACT partners to gather additional information based on trends or observations made while reviewing reports.
  • Create and implement effective data collection and reporting procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
