Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional facility design, construction, or planning experience.
• Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship are required.
• ABET/NAAB accredited degrees in relevant fields with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and engineering scopes for modernization initiatives.
• Prepare and manage forms to record project requirements.
• Oversee asset data management and configuration controls.
• Create detailed cost estimates, budgets, and resource projections.
• Analyze environmental concerns, compliance, and mitigation steps.
• Review design charrettes and analyze planning options early in projects.
• Prepare portfolio metrics and status briefings for leadership.
• Document program files, reviews, and technical evaluation reports.
• Coordinate planning workshops, stakeholder sessions, and risk briefs.
• Track regulatory changes across federal, state, and institutional statutes.
• Communicate objectives clearly with engineers, civilians, and leadership.
