Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Operations Administrator to join our HRIS team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will lead end-to-end technical implementations and drive enterprise transformations.

In this role, you will configure Planview modules, design data migration strategies, and build integrations via Planview APIs. You will translate complex requirements into scalable system configurations while communicating risks and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing software or SaaS deployments (5+ years).
• Experience configuring Planview or similar PPM platforms.
• Strong SQL, Excel and data analysis skills for mapping and validation.
• Experience designing integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies.
• Ability to translate complex data into scalable system configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

• Translate technical and business requirements into system configurations and workflows that deliver measurable outcomes

• Build and optimize integrations using Planview frameworks and application programming interfaces (APIs), enabling seamless data exchange across platforms
• Drive issue resolution and performance tracking, identifying risks early and improving delivery outcomes through data-driven insights

• Influence delivery success by communicating system dependencies, risks and progress clearly to stakeholders and technical leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or a related field
• 5 plus years of experience in software implementation, system integration or software as a service (SaaS) deployments
• Hands‑on experience configuring Planview or similar project portfolio management platforms
• Strong expertise in SQL, Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for data mapping and validation
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, data migration strategies and enterprise data workflows
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into scalable, high‑performing system configurations
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
