GIC is seeking a Portfolio Manager in New York to lead securities lending and liquid asset financing for the firm’s Total Portfolio. You will manage cross-asset financing, optimise liquidity and expand agency securities lending partnerships within a global sovereign wealth framework.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in buy-side treasury/portfolio finance, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with financing products like stock loan, repo and TRS, with programming experience a plus.

The Portfolio Execution & Solutions Group (PESG) oversees the end‑to‑end completion and implementation of GIC’s Total Portfolio.
With teams in Singapore, London, and NewYork, PESG provides a full spectrum of services for the Total Portfolio. These include trading, funding and liquidity management, securities lending, portfolio rebalancing, applied quantitative research, and counterparty relationship management. The team also delivers systematic portfolio solutions and innovation, such as portfolio construction techniques and tail‑risk management, to strengthen total portfolio construction and resilience.
Working closely with other investment teams, PESG provides tailored execution solutions and advisory, leveraging market insights, advanced data analytics and technology to ensure investment ideas are implemented with precision to achieve optimal portfolio outcomes.
Through its integrated approach, PESG ensures GIC’s Total Portfolio is managed seamlessly and dynamically to support long‑term capital allocation, risk management, and investment resiliency, all while keeping GIC agile and well positioned to capture opportunities across market cycles.
BMG is responsible for managing GIC's Total Portfolio liquidity, funding, and securities finance activities across global markets. We aim to optimise the value of GIC's liquidity and public market assets and seek to preserve and enhance implementation capacity for the GIC Portfolio. We are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager with a proven track record in securities lending and liquid asset financing to further grow our securities finance capabilities and returns. Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package to attract and retain talent globally. We pay for performance, and reward sustainable results. Total pay for this position comprises base pay and bonus. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $174,000 and $245,000. Bonuses, which may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package, are determined based on company and individual performance.
