Natixis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President (VP) – Portfolio Manager to join our team in New York. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the loan portfolio for the Americas book, covering both U.S. and Latin American (LATAM) markets. Your primary focus will be managing credit exposures greater than one year for Infrastructure, Project Finance, renewables, and electricity pipelines, as well as related commercial and investment banking products.
As a key member of our team, you will balance supporting our origination partners to meet client needs with maintaining strict independence to proactively identify credit risks, make rating recommendations, and optimize our portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for the direct credit quality monitoring of a dedicated loan portfolio from post-closing through final maturity or resolution. Supervised by the Head of Portfolio Management, your primary duties will include:

The salary range for this position will be between $160,000 - 200,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
