The Portfolio Manager - Impact Investing will report to the President/CEO and work across departments. The Portfolio Manager - Impact Investing will play a central role in implementing and monitoring an effective impact investing program; working with other departments and external partners to develop impact investing recommendations to the President/CEO and governance bodies; and working across the organization to develop impact frameworks and reports for BCF’s impact investing, discretionary grantmaking and related areas. The success of this role requires knowledge of financial due diligence and deal structuring, social impact frameworks, strong technical skills, good judgment and effective written and oral communication.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 annually
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Classification: Full-time, Exempt (A part-time position or consulting role will be considered.)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in-office)
