Under general direction, this role manages all aspects of portfolio management for assigned loans, including cross-selling bank products and services. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive Loan Offering Analyses that evaluate prospective financing properties, incorporating complex underwriting such as cash flow analysis, project economics, valuation, guarantor analysis, market analysis, and recommendations. The analyses cover commercial loans, owner-occupied mortgages, and construction and permanent mortgages. This role is considered the most experienced within the job family.
Work is performed in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels. Travel by automobile may be required.
