Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting, credit analysis, or portfolio management.
• Healthcare lending experience (skilled nursing, senior living, or medical practices) is preferred.
• Strong underwriting, cash flow projection, and risk-rating skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, structure, and manage healthcare credit facilities, including agented and syndicated transactions across cash flow loans, revolvers, term loans, and ABL facilities.
• Analyze borrower financials, cash flow, collateral, and industry trends to recommend appropriate loan structures.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients alongside the Relationship Manager, managing amendments and renewals.
• Own the credit quality, documentation, and risk management of your assigned portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, collateral coverage, and risk ratings to ensure adherence to bank credit policy.
• Mentor junior credit analysts and relationship associates.
