• Portfolio Management & Administration: Manage a portfolio of closely held business interests, supporting investment reviews, valuations, and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, company performance, and industry trends to assist in assessing risk and determining asset value.
• Corporate Actions & Transactions: Support evaluation and execution of corporate actions, including proxy votes, reorganizations, and asset sale transactions.
• Client & Advisor Engagement: Communicate with clients, trust officers, and professional advisors regarding asset performance and administrative updates.
• Risk & Fiduciary Compliance: Ensure adherence to governing documents, fiduciary standards, and regulatory requirements; elevate risks or issues as appropriate.
• Operational Execution: Coordinate documentation, tracking, and reporting related to asset activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including risk, legal, tax, and operations to support asset management and issue resolution.
