As Portfolio Manager, you will advise founders, executives, investors, and community partners while leading the search, evaluation, and support of promising companies. Instead of managing a single organization, you will help shape the success of many technology and advanced manufacturing businesses across the region.

You'll collaborate with entrepreneurs, investors, universities, manufacturers, economic development partners, and experienced professionals while helping innovative companies commercialize technology, create jobs, and generate lasting economic impact across a 32-county region.
This is an in-person role and is based in our office in State College, PA. Occasional overnight travel may be needed to visit business clients and partners across our 32-county PA region.
Master's Degree 8+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Certifications: None.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $102,936.00 - $154,452.00.
