Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to join the investment team in Welkom. The role focuses on managing client portfolios, conducting market research, asset allocation, and security selection to achieve financial objectives while managing risk.

You will lead research, construct diversified portfolios, monitor performance, and communicate updates to clients, with strong emphasis on compliance and collaboration with sales and client service teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management or investment analysis.
• Proven track record of managing portfolios and achieving financial targets.
• Strong understanding of investment products, market dynamics, and economic indicators.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
