Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of portfolio management or asset management within the commercial real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and due diligence processes.
• Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CPM (preferred).
• Experience with loan portfolio management and brokerage operations (preferred).

Responsibilities
