Ethic in New York, NY is seeking a Sr. Associate Portfolio Manager to join a team that cares about clients and the investing process.
You’ll own end-to-end portfolio construction, analysis, and trade execution for direct indexing equity and multi-asset portfolios, collaborating with multiple Ethic teams to deliver precise, customized results. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in portfolio management, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Sr. Associate - Portfolio Management
Location: New York, NY (in office at least 3 days a week)
You’ll be joining a team that genuinely cares about what we do and how we do it. As a Sr. Associate Portfolio Manager, you’ll be playing a key role in the day-to-day work that drives real outcomes for our clients, using quantitative risk models to optimize direct indexing equity and multi-asset portfolios. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams across Ethic, bringing precision and care to everything you touch while continuously building better ways to deliver a seamless, customized investing experience. This position requires the candidate to obtain and pass the Series 65 examination within the first 90 days of employment, unless the license is already held prior to their start date.

Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits.
The base salary for this role will range from $140,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
