Portfolio Management Executive - Risk Engineering

Zurich’s Large Casualty South Region team is seeking a Portfolio Management Executive with multi-line Risk Engineering experience to support the National Accounts Underwriting Teams. This is a remote role, ideally within the Greater Atlanta area, supporting customers in GA, TN, AL, FL, TX, and surrounding states. The position includes a company car with 25% - 50% overnight travel.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between Risk Engineering and Underwriting to support service delivery and resource utilization.
• Manage regional risk portfolio and support field Risk Engineers.
• Provide casualty consultative services, identify exposures, investigate major losses, and review casualty management effectiveness.
• Perform financial analysis and budget reconciliation to ensure profitability.
• Deliver consultancy and service strategies aligned with industry exposures and customer goals.
• Represent Zurich Resilience Solutions in marketing and risk transfer insurance products.

Final candidates will undergo a Motor Vehicle Record check due to the company car.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of Risk Engineering experience OR
• High School Diploma with 8+ years of Risk Engineering experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications such as CSP or ARM.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, or gaming industries.
• Account oversight experience with large casualty clients.
• Knowledge of safety management programs and training.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and computer skills (e.g., PowerBI).

Position offers a salary range of $98,300 - $161,000 with a 15% short-term incentive bonus. Zurich promotes diversity and inclusion and offers comprehensive benefits.
