A private equity real estate investment firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate for their Portfolio & Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field, strong analytical abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role includes analyzing financial reports, maintaining financial projections, and assisting with cash flow planning. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate to join our Portfolio & Risk Management team. The right candidate will have strong academic credentials and experience in managing commercial real estate portfolios consisting of private equity and loan positions.
You are passionate about real estate and excited to join a performance-driven, growth-oriented firm. You bring strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and an owner’s mindset to every asset you touch. You have experience working across asset classes, with a focus on driving value through operations, leasing, capital programming, and financial performance. You’re comfortable navigating financial models, interpreting legal and financial documents, and distilling data into actionable insights. You are solutions-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and every day is different. You communicate clearly and confidently, and you’re skilled at managing relationships with internal teams, joint venture partners, and third-party stakeholders.
Compensation: Base plus bonus structure
