What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze property- and portfolio-level performance against benchmarks
• Maintain complex Excel-based models and performance files
• Assist with quarterly/annual reporting, budget planning & flash updates
• Collaborate across teams—acquisitions, asset management, research & more
• Contribute to special projects and insights that influence fund decisions

What You Bring

• 0–1 years of experience in real estate or financial services
