Salesforce is seeking a Portfolio Leader to manage and grow a cross‑functional team delivering Agentforce AI solutions inside complex customer environments. You’ll set engineering standards, unblock deployments, and scale talent in a mission‑critical, non‑traditional leadership role with executive visibility.

You will lead both Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, shaping AI strategy, use cases, and adoption across multiple engagements while aligning with Product and Services

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high‑impact technical leadership steering cross‑functional engineering or technical teams.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Scale elite talent: recruit, mentor, and develop the next wave of builders; drive technical excellence and career growth.
• Maintain operational velocity: monitor delivery metrics, coach teams, and resolve escalations to deploy in weeks, not months.
• Provide ultimate technical authority across the portfolio and Salesforce platform while guiding standardized delivery methodologies.
• Guide enterprise implementations: unblock data readiness, tool integration, and multi‑agent orchestration.
