Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for an Enabling Tech Portfolio Lead based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role offers flexibility for individuals to work from alternative locations, including Raritan, NJ, Raynham, MA, Boston, MA, and West Chester, PA.

Role Overview:

As part of the Enabling Tech team within the Orthopaedics Supply Chain group, this individual will oversee portfolio management, reporting, and strategic support, ensuring the flawless execution of initiatives within the Orthopaedics Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the monthly Finance cycle with Enabling Tech leadership, including Business Planning cycles across the portfolio with Finance.
  2. Manage monthly reporting metrics and results for capital, expense, and value capture across the portfolio in partnership with Orthopaedics SC.
  3. Provide strategic support for governance, team meetings, town halls, and key events.
  4. Lead the development and deployment of Business Reviews for Enabling Tech, tracking progress and delivering value.
  5. Collaborate with Orthopaedics SC and Platforms SI&D/PMO for PMO processes, governance, and reporting.
  6. Manage initiatives according to timelines, balancing demands and stakeholder expectations to achieve outcomes.
  7. Work with stakeholders to analyze complex problems and implement solutions to improve departmental performance.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance are preferred.
  2. At least four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
  3. Knowledge of product supply and distribution in a regulated environment.
  4. Project management fundamentals knowledge is preferred.
  5. Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Biologics is preferred.
  6. Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required.
