Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Portfolio Integration Architect to develop and coordinate portfolios, plans, and authoritative documentation that align with regulatory, financial, and strategic requirements across the organization. You will analyze current portfolio documents, drive revisions, manage version control, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely publication and traceability of changes.

A Top Secret clearance is required; 3+ years of experience; Bachelor's degree; experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in portfolio planning and integration, policy revision, or documentation management.
• Experience with formal plans, policies, technical guidance, or authoritative government documentation.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of requirements management with a focus on value stream sustainment.
• Ability to work across functional teams to support documentation and integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining plans, policies, and authoritative data related to portfolio integration.
• Assist in providing data used for cost, schedule, and performance integration across multiple high-value projects.
• Support formal document change and revision processes, including drafting updates, coordinating reviews, tracking comments, and managing version control.
• Analyze current portfolio documentation, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend updates for alignment and compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to publish updated materials on schedule and maintain version history.
• Maintain records of document history, lessons learned, and best practices to support continuity and future updates.
