Solen Software Group seeks a Portfolio Leader to own the performance of a cluster of portfolio companies. You will sit above General Managers, orchestrating results, capital, and talent across multiple P&Ls at once.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for an operator who thinks like an investor—setting targets, guiding hires, coaching GMs, and steering M&A diligence and integration for new companies joining the cluster.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record running a P&L at GM/CEO level with strong results.
• Ability to defend financial targets across multiple businesses.
• Skilled capital allocation across a cluster of companies.
• Experience coaching other operators and building bench strength.
• Exposure to M&A diligence and integration.
• Comfort working lean, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate performance into clear narratives for leadership.
• Deep familiarity with software/SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, Rule of 40).

Aufgaben

• Own results and key KPIs across a cluster of portfolio companies.
• Set and defend performance targets for each company in the cluster.
• Allocate attention, resources, and capital across companies based on value.
• Handle cross-company capital allocation and ROI trade-offs.
• Monitor performance against targets; identify risks and opportunities early.
• Manage and develop the General Managers running each company.
• Build bench strength and talent density across the cluster.
• Model Solen's culture and leadership standards for the operators you support.
• Own hiring, performance management, and succession planning at the GM level within your cluster.
