Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial controls and accounting within multi-entity or international environments.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge in inventory valuation, impairment, close processes, and balance sheet integrity.
• Experience in portfolio, regional, or central oversight roles influencing multiple sites or units.
• Proven ability to challenge senior stakeholders and drive standardization and assurance programs across entities.

Responsibilities

• Act as central control advisor for refining portfolio, guiding site controllers and finance teams.
• Drive consistent accounting treatment across sites and ensure adoption of standards.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of the control environment, identify risks and gaps, drive remediation.
• Coordinate portfolio-wide quarter close processes and align with ICFR standards.
• Support leadership on investment decisions and complex financial initiatives with proper governance.
• Support system implementations and transformation programs to maintain strong controls.
