Job summary

Qualifications
- License required: valid Arizona Department of Real Estate license in good standing.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Regional Vice President and managers; follow directions and execute plans.
- Operate each property to maximize fiscal potential and meet client goals.
- Supervise site staff; ensure training and professional development.
- Prepare and implement marketing and management plans for portfolio properties.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold Fair Housing regulations; report periodically.
