Land Rover Denver seeks a Portfolio Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

The Portfolio Coordinator will use a customer-focused, consultative approach to assist clients with lease-end processes and loan maturities, managing our existing lease and loan portfolio. Key duties include:

  1. Building relationships with customers, starting at least 6 months before lease end and throughout the loan term.
  2. Explaining the lease return process to ensure clarity and understanding.
  3. Creating compelling proposals to retain customers and promote brand loyalty.
  4. Offering upgrade opportunities and trade appraisals during customer visits.
  5. Completing all necessary paperwork and coordinating vehicle returns.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of related sales or customer service experience (preferred).
  • Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Compensation

Starting hourly wages range from $19.02 to $25.68, depending on experience and location.
