Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in facilities management or related field.
  • Experience analyzing asset lifecycle data, maintenance records and reliability trends.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and distribute routine reports, including asset performance scorecards and data quality dashboards.
  • Distribute routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
  • Use aggregate data from multiple sources to evaluate asset health trends and lifecycle analysis.
  • Monitor asset performance data in CMMS to identify reliability risks and maintenance gaps.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.
  • Collect project schedules and update for schedule slippage or issues.
  • Apply standard principles with guidance to daily tasks.
  • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
  • Work within standardized procedures and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange information clearly and confirm understanding.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Asset Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of asset performance data and research results for projects overseen by the FM Center of Excellence (COE) team.


This job is primarily responsible for Asset Data and Performance across the facilities portfolio, including establishing and maintaining asset standards, hierarchies, taxonomies, and data governance requirements across CMMS and asset management platforms to support operational consistency, reporting accuracy, and lifecycle decision-making. The position drives data quality, standardization, and governance practices that enable effective maintenance management, reporting, and long-term asset planning.


What You’ll Do:


  • Maintain and distribute routine reports, including asset performance scorecards and data quality dashboards.

  • Distribute routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.

  • Use aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete evaluation and improvement, with emphasis on asset health trends, maintenance effectiveness, and lifecycle stage analysis.

  • Monitor and analyze asset performance data within CMMS platforms to identify reliability risks, maintenance gaps, and replacement planning needs.

  • Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.

  • Collect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.


What You’ll Need:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered in facilities management, asset management, or a related field.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments, including asset lifecycle data, maintenance records, and reliability trends.

  • Working knowledge of CMMS platforms to support asset data governance, performance tracking, and reporting.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
