  • Model capital calls and distributions, fees and expenses, credit facility / leverage utilization, and carried interest / waterfall mechanics.
  • Run scenario, sensitivity, and stress‑test analyses (deployment pacing, exit timing/valuations, prepayments, defaults/recoveries, fee income, expenses).
  • Coordinate portfolio planning inputs (follow‑on and exit assumptions) from investment teams; reconcile into consistent fund‑level views.
  • Support quarterly/annual planning and analytics for management, IC, and LP questions.
  • Provide analytical support for new business initiatives (new funds/vehicles, leverage structures, fundraising modeling, special projects).
  • Produce investment level / fund-level gross performance analysis, including the preparation of gross MOIC, gross DPI, gross IRR, and return bridges used for quarterly valuation meetings and LP reporting.
  • Produce quarterly and annual investor and advisory board reports with clear analysis of fund performance, market drivers, and material portfolio developments.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring investor reporting packages, including portfolio updates, performance attribution, and key financial metrics.
  • Support investor due diligence processes by compiling historical performance, operational data, and narrative commentary.
  • Additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned.

  • Strong understanding of financial statement interdependency.
  • General understanding of Private Equity and fund mechanics, waterfalls, capital accounts, and leverage.
  • Self‑starting attitude and entrepreneurial spirit balanced with a commitment to teamwork.
  • Proactive in following up on details, anticipating issues, and closing loops on all requests.
  • Exceptional ability to multi‑task while still maintaining a fine‑tuned attention to detail.
