Job summary
System One is seeking a Portfolio Analyst in Vienna, VA for a contract role with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role focuses on integrating ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI to streamline intake, execution, and decision making while introducing practical AI solutions to simplify workflows.
The candidate will enable governance, improve visibility into dependencies and risks, and drive adoption of new tools and AI across portfolios and teams.
Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience improving workflow from intake to delivery.
- Hands-on tool configuration, automation, or AI tools.
- Strong enablement, communication, and simplification skills.
- Experience in cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Integrate ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI for end-to-end visibility.
- Advance intake, execution, and decision-making with practical AI.
- Drive adoption of tools and AI through templates and training.
- Partner with Product, PMO, and Technology to improve governance.
- Deliver AI-driven insights and dashboards to support planning and roadmaps.
