Coastal Wealth in Fort Lauderdale is in search of a skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our team. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, providing the chance to work in a nurturing environment that prioritizes professional advancement and personal growth.

Working Conditions:

  • Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Work environment: Office

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing market trends, comparing various industries, and interpreting financial metrics.
  • Generating trading reports and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Tracking performance and benchmarking against industry standards.
  • Evaluating existing holdings critically to determine necessary portfolio actions.
  • Participation in investment committee meetings and preparation for the same.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, firm policies, and all relevant rules.

Qualifications:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities along with a solid understanding of markets and investments.
  • Preference for individuals with a four-year college degree or professional certification.
  • Desirable to have an active Series 7, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66, or the capability to obtain them within six months.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with the financial industry and various products.
  • Completed CFA designation is required.
  • 5 years of active Portfolio Management Experience.
  • Being a CFA Candidate level or having an interest in pursuing the CFA designation is advantageous.
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
