Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Portfolio Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our portfolio company management teams and executives with value creation initiatives across customer introductions, talent acquisition / recruiting, and other strategic operational support. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT AN INVESTING ROLE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with portfolio company executives to support operational initiatives, including customer introductions, talent acquisition, and other strategic operational support.
• Source, vet, and introduce top-tier talent to portfolio companies across key functions including engineering, finance, sales, GTM, and operations.
• Source, vet, and introduce customers (ICPs) to portfolio companies.
• Help maintain and enhance internal tools for tracking progress, hiring pipelines, and key relationship development.
• Help organize founder events, executive roundtables, or strategic off-sites to foster network engagement and idea exchange.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience at a top management / strategy consulting firm, corporate development, or portfolio operations role at a top private equity / growth equity / venture capital fund.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives, management teams, and other stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software, lead gen software.
• Passion for technology and interest in supporting high-growth businesses from an operational perspective.
