Job summary

Sixth Street in Dallas is hiring a full-time Portfolio Accountant to join our Investment Accounting team. The role supports investing and related cash activities across private equity, hybrid, and liquid credit funds in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will collaborate with Operations and Accounting to record, reconcile, and monitor fund investments and cash, perform reconciliations with fund administrators, and assist in the production of daily and monthly reports for Investment

Qualifications

• 2–5 years accounting experience in asset management or related field.
• Experience with alternative investments and Advent Geneva preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support, record and reconcile investing and related cash activities.
• Perform reconciliations with fund administrators; resolve discrepancies.
• Produce daily and monthly reporting for Investment Professionals and Management.
• Participate in special operating and financial projects.

Job Description:The RoleThis is a full-time role based in Dallas, Texas. Sixth Street has an immediate opening for a bright, hard-working individual to join our Portfolio Accounting team in Dallas. The Portfolio Accounting team is focused on supporting investing and accounting activities across our private equity, hybrid, and liquid credit funds. The role will be an integral part of a developing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
