The Porter candidate will create a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service to building residents, guests, and prospects. The candidate will ensure that the lobby, entryways, common areas, and hallways are clean and well-organized at all times. Responsibilities will also include maintenance support within the apartment community and helping the company deliver on resident commitments such as exceptional move-in experiences, residential satisfaction, express service, and personal attention. The candidate will also serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team, assisting with fire, non-fire, medical, and other building-related emergencies.
The Durst Organization is seeking a Porter at VIA 57 West located at 625 W 57th St, New York, NY. The schedule is as follows:
Days Off: Thursday and Friday
Salary Range: $22.33 - $29.78 per hour.
Must be able to work any day of the week, 52 weeks a year, including overtime as needed. The candidate should be energetic, dependable, and motivated.
