The Valet / Porter position plays an important role in customer satisfaction and the success of our company. Responsibilities include lane management and performing various tasks for the dealership service department.

Requirements for This Role:

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Strong communication skills with customers and employees
• Commitment to customer service
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
• Ability to stand, bend, and twist for long periods in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Operating manual vehicles is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally
• Direct customers to parking or vehicle retrieval areas
• Assist with vehicle service write-up and tagging
• Manage vehicle flow within the dealership
• Move customer vehicles for service
• Provide shuttle service when needed
• Report safety or security concerns to management
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, driveway, and walkways
• Assist with dealer exchanges and other duties as assigned
