The Valet / Porter position plays an important role in customer satisfaction and the success of our dealership. Responsibilities include lane management, assisting with vehicle movement, customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the service area.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service commitment
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift at least 30 lbs
• Manual vehicle operation skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally
• Direct customers to parking or vehicle retrieval destinations
• Assist with service write-up and vehicle flow
• Move vehicles for service technicians and advisors
• Provide shuttle services as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service area
• Follow dealership policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
