TRG Management, a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, manages approximately 20,000 units across several states, including subsidized, workforce, and affordable housing, as well as mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family homes. This position involves maintenance and janitorial work to ensure that the property's building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet community standards for aesthetics, cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
  • Replacing light bulbs.
  • Cleaning public and common areas, pools, amenities, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, locker rooms, and other assigned areas.
  • Sweeping, mopping, scouring, and vacuuming corridors, staircases, passageways, and office spaces.
  • Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Washing walls, ceilings, windows, sills, door panels, and woodwork.
  • Transporting trash and waste to disposal areas and emptying containers.
  • Using new equipment properly and following safety protocols.
  • Observing all safety precautions during work.
  • Trimming grass if necessary.
  • Transporting minor equipment or tools on-property.
  • Inspecting assigned locations daily and notifying supervisors of issues.
  • Cleaning units in preparation for new tenants and performing other duties as needed.
  • Completing work orders daily according to schedule.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least one year of hands-on janitorial experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, or related fields is required.
