Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in residential or commercial cleaning/janitorial services.

• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and manage daily tasks for a team of cleaners.
• Conduct daily building walkthroughs and quality inspections to ensure company’s standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning chemicals and equipment as needed.
• Jump in to assist with cleaning duties, deep cleans, or unexpected absences when required.
