Job summary

Mike Savoie Volkswagen in the Metro Detroit area is seeking a dedicated part-time Porter/Shuttle Driver to join our team. Flexible schedule and hours are available, with no weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting with service lane operations, moving vehicles on the lot, washing exteriors after service, keeping the lot neat, and delivering vehicles as needed. A reliable, customer-friendly attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to park a vehicle and back into a parking space.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a can-do mentality and outgoing personality.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of the Service Lane by moving vehicles out on the lot and in the shop.
• Wash exterior of vehicle in car wash after service has been completed.
• Keep lot neat and orderly, move cars as directed by management in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Assist with seasonal ground maintenance.
• Punctual and dependable team player.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
