Responsibilities

1. Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the service parking lot.
2. Work with service advisors to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other duties.
3. Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mats installed, and remove them before delivery.
4. Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
5. Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by management.
6. Provide transportation for customers.
7. Be alert to traffic flow to sales and service lots.
8. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and report accidents immediately.
9. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's values in all interactions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and more with assistance.
• Ability to tolerate harsh weather conditions and work outdoors.
