Job summary

Preston Toyota in New Castle, PA is seeking a Service Porter to support the collision center and service team. You will interact daily with customers, technicians, managers and sales staff to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable customer service orientation.
• Operator Driver's License and ability to drive a standard transmission.
• Physical stamina to perform lifting up to 50 pounds and basic vehicle movement.

Service Porter

We are seeking a Service Porter to join our team. The Collision Center/Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the operation of a collision center and/or service department. This position interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Collision Manager, Service Associates, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations


• Pick up and deliver vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed


• Move vehicles from intake area to storage area


• Move vehicles inside and outside of service department to help achieve production standard


• Other duties as assigned by management

Education and/or Experience
