Job summary

Toyota, Audi, and Volkswagen of Altoona is seeking a Service Porter to join our team. The role supports the collision center and service department by moving vehicles, transporting customers, and assisting technicians and staff.

You will interact daily with customers and team members, require a positive attitude and people skills, and have a High School diploma or GED with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Operator Driver's License with ability to drive a standard transmission.
• Strong people skills and a positive attitude are essential to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed
• Move vehicles from intake area to storage area
• Move vehicles inside and outside of service department to help achieve production standard
• Other duties as assigned by management

Education

Service Porter

We are seeking a Service Porter to join our team. The Collision Center/Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the operation of a collision center and/or service department. This position interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Collision Manager, Service Associates, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations


• Pick up and deliver vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed


• Move vehicles from intake area to storage area


• Move vehicles inside and outside of service department to help achieve production standard


• Other duties as assigned by management
