Venterra Porters enjoy competitive hourly pay + 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.

No industry experience is required for this labor-intensive position, which will require working outdoors, have the physical ability to lift over 50 lbs,

Our Porters are responsible for the daily upkeep of the community, buildings, pools, and grounds, as well as the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. This position will typically require spending most of the day outdoors, heavy lifting, waste clean-up, and assistance with various maintenance projects such as pressure washing, light touch-up painting, and apartment trash-outs. Must be able to be available for a rotating on-call schedule for assistance with after-hours emergency needs.
