Porter Responsibilities:

• Maintain parking lot cleanliness, including mowing grass, cleaning shelters, removing debris, and signage management
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks promptly
• Keep equipment and materials in good condition

Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Compliance with policies and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and work outdoors
