Job summary

Royale Company is hiring for a part-time weekend janitorial role in Boston. You’ll keep luxury residential lobbies, hallways, and common areas clean and welcoming, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7am to 3pm.

Expect training provided, a background check at our cost, and opportunities to grow into building operations roles. You’ll join a team that values reliability, punctuality, and a neat, presentable appearance around residents and guests.

Keep a residential building in Boston clean and welcoming, with weekend-only part-time hours that fit around the rest of your week.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 3pm.

The Job

You keep the building clean and welcoming for the residents who live there. On a typical shift you will:

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas
• Collect and take out trash and recycling
• Keep entrances and the front desk area clean and tidy
