The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday – 6:00pm – 10:00pm.

The hourly rate for this role is $21.40/hr.

The Porter/Matron ensures the property presents a clean, professional appearance throughout the day and provides prompt service to tenants and building management.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (required).
• Spanish proficiency preferred, but not essential.
• 1–2 years of janitorial experience; lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
