We are currently seeking a Porter for Harbour at New River, FL. This role involves maintenance and janitorial work to ensure the property's building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet aesthetic, cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and polishing fixtures, surfaces, and trims.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Cleaning public areas, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and other assigned areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scouring floors.
• Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
• Washing walls, ceilings, windows, sills, and woodwork.
• Transporting trash to disposal areas and emptying containers.
• Using equipment safely and following safety protocols.
• Performing grounds maintenance such as trimming grass if needed.
• Transporting tools or equipment on the property.
• Inspecting assigned locations daily and reporting issues.
• Preparing units for new tenants and performing other tasks as needed.
• Completing daily work orders.

Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of janitorial or related experience.
