Job summary

The Tipton Group is seeking a Make Ready Technician in Dallas, TX. You will join our maintenance team to prepare apartment homes for new residents and maintain the property's appearance.

Responsibilities include completing turnovers, painting, touch-ups, basic repairs, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and preventative maintenance. You will inspect vacant units, help with grounds upkeep, and respond to maintenance needs during on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of make-ready or apartment maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Professional and courteous when interacting with residents, visitors, and coworkers.

What You'll Do

As a Make Ready Technician, you'll work alongside our maintenance team to keep apartments and the community looking their best.

Your responsibilities will include:
