Full-time; hourly pay starting at $17/hr plus quarterly bonus and renewal bonus potential.
The Make-ready/Porter reports directly to the Community Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, completing make-readies/turnovers (painting, repairs, carpentry, etc.), assisting the Maintenance Technician, and representing DMA positively by adhering to quality standards and a customer-focused approach.
This role involves strenuous physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Tasks may be outdoors in various weather conditions and involve exposure to chemicals and safety hazards, requiring safety equipment like goggles, gloves, and boots. The employee must be able to communicate effectively and operate tools and equipment safely.
