Responsibilities
  • Performs utility labor including cleaning of chinaware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and refrigeration units.
  • Responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen, pantry and service areas including floors and trash receptacles.
  • Removes trash from kitchens, dining rooms and service areas including removal of fat and grease rendering barrels.
  • Delivers and sets up dish wares to outlets.
  • Responsible for maintaining supply of coffee and carbonated beverages and equipment cleanliness.
  • Transporting food supplies and general items to and from main kitchen and supply/food storeroom.
  • Performs deep cleaning of all equipment.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
