Summary

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Your role will be vital in maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment for tenants, guests, and vendors. Politeness, respect, thoroughness, and observance are essential qualities for success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing, and waxing floors.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans and washing windows.
• Ordering supplies, reporting breakages, and repairs.
• Assisting management with projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
