Sea Crest Maintenance Services LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a dependable Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and safety across assigned properties. This role emphasizes proactive cleaning, responsive service, and attention to detail in multi-family and commercial settings.

Shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Duties include cleaning lobbies, corridors, restrooms, glass surfaces, trash handling, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and reporting maintenance needs.

Competenze

• 1–2 years janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow a set schedule.

6:00 AM TO 2:30PM DAYS OFF TUESDAY / WEDNESDAY

Position Summary:

The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of assigned properties. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning, responsiveness to requests, and consistent attention to detail throughout the workday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

• Follow instructions and assigned cleaning schedules
• Respond promptly to building and cleaning requests
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, elevators, and stairwells
• Pick up, empty, and transport trash and recycling
• Remove debris from floors and surrounding areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets and sinks

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• 1 to 2 years of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow a set schedule
• Self motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry a backpack vacuum (approximately 12 pounds)
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
