Porter - Ironridge at Hill Country Village

Join our team as a Porter at Ironridge at Hill Country Village with EMBREY.

Experience The EMBREY Way by becoming part of our dynamic Property Management team. As a Porter, your role is to maintain the cleanliness and quality of the property while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure grounds, buildings, and units are functional, safe, and attractive.
• Clean and remove trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a schedule.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR.

Position Details

• Hourly Rate - Non-Exempt, based on experience.
• Full-time position.
